I have used Farwest taxi for probably 20 early morning trips to the airport and they have not failed me yet. I would have to say thats a pretty good record as far as cabs go.
My only possilbe issue is they have actually been too early a few times which freaked me out a bit. But that being said I would have to say with all the problems Ive had elsewhere before them thats pretty impressive.
