My specialty is counseling individuals and couples coping with infertility, pregnancy loss, PCOS, IVF, anxiety and depression related to pregnancy and birth, problem pregnancies, alternative family-building options (including donor egg/sperm, gestational surrogacy and embryo donation) and other reproductive health issues. With counseling, your reproductive health crisis can eventually prove to be opportunity for life-enhancing personal growth.
I can provide valuable support and guidance to help you sort out your feelings; navigate strained relationships with your spouse/partner, family and friends; make tough decisions; and find resolution. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you manage your emotions and develop healthy coping and problem-solving strategies.
I am a 10-year member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Mental Health Professional Group and have conducted research and published on the psychological aspects of infertility.
