I have had good service in the past but when I fax in an order it shouldn't take an hour to make it. I faxed an order in, waited 10 minutes for the usual confirmation call, but never got a call. I drove over to pick up my order 30 minutes after faxing it in. I paid and then had to sit another 30 minutes for my order. When I paid, I was told it would be just a few minites. 30 minutes of waiting is just way too long after faxing in a pick-up order. Pros: food is good and price is OK Cons: Slow service more

this place has some pretty good chinese food, i like how fast these guys are. and they always seem to be open right when you need em! prices are good too. Pros: very tasty , good prices and fast. Cons: not the place to take a date. not much of a dine in kinda place. more

They change their hours when they don't feel like working. Not reliable. Can't tell if the food is good or not if the employees are too lazy to make the food. They are suppose to be open till 10:30 pm tonight (saturday) but they decided to close at 9:50pm... Too lazy and flaky for me to recommend. more

Best Egg Rolls in town just like the ones I am used to in Chinatown in San Francisco. Crispy light and delicious not laden with fat.\r \r Delivery is great they always find me when other delivery folks just simply get lost and timely delivery too!\r \r Portions are huge and my daughter loves the little cinnamon donuts you get with your dinner upgrade. Sweet treat to boot. \r \r The fare is just above the standard here in Austin but I admit I am a Chinese food snob being from San Francisco I have to say I am just a little biased seeing as SF has the highest concentration of Chinese outside of Mainland China so I deal with it ... but I do always keep their menu in my drawer.\r \r As for the location and ambience... well folks there is not much there just a counter and 4 stools a TV turned into News over a Old Coke Fridge. Very Low budget and overhead that's why you only have delivery but it's close enough to my house that I do pick up and get the food by the time I get there so it's a plus. They have good food at good prices....This is not the best Chinese food in Austin but it is good. The portions are huge and we are literally a huge family and always have leftovers....\r \r I have never been in the restaurant...we always have it delivered. If you like cheap middle of the road Chinese Delivery this is the best place in town for the price. Fast and Huge portions!! more

Egg Roll Express has some great food at a surprisingly cheap price as well. They delivery is fast. I usually don't write reviews but this place is 5 stars in my book\r I have never been to the actual location so I don't know about all that. more

The seasame chicken here is great. The portions are huge and it is not very expensive. The staff is friendly. more
