Great place to buy diamonds 1/31/2010

Everyone at Diamonds Chicago has been great to work with. I did not know much about diamonds, and they taught me all the things to look for when diamond shopping. I bought my fiance's engagement ring there, and we bought our wedding bands there as well. They are very committed to making sure that you are happy with you purchases and are very friendly and easy to work with. I recently bought a gorgeous enagagement ring there. Knowing little to nothing about the precious white stones, I felt totally relaxed by the staff. They spent hours teaching me and letting me examine varying levels of quality and price ranges before settling on the perfect 1.78ct. stone and stunning setting to show it off. Great Service!! The Best - No Reason to Go Anywhere Else 1/6/2010

My husband bought my engagement and wedding band here. Both were custom rings. There was a flaw with the wedding band. It didn't fit against the engagment ring quite right. I took it in 2&1/2 years later and they fixed it at NO CHARGE! Carlee is the associate who helped me. She is fantastic! The fact I waited so long to get it fixed was not a problem. Not only did I get two beautiful rings and great prices, but the way Carlee took care of me was outstanding. Now I have the bridal set I have always dreamed of. This is the place to go not only for price, but for the service! Pros: Service is great even after you make a purchase! more

Outstanding Service 11/15/2009

Went here to shop for stones for an engagement ring. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Carlee, Heather and Fahmina were outstanding and went out of their way repeatedly to help educate me on the process as well as to ensure that I was happy with the ring and the stones we'd selected.
