There were two bartenders and the guy bartender was great!!! The girl that he was working with was very slow and rude!!!! We even tipped her real nice in the begining too!!! The guy was running around the bar and she was takeing her time and ignoreing everyone I saw a couple people walk away. We tried to get her attention several times because she was not doing anything and she just ignored us and we had to wait for the guy bartender to come. I think they just have very rude and bad service at least act like you like your job. I was very dissapointed!!!! Pros: very rude servicw Cons: bartender more

The Worst Customer Service 3/13/2008

The D&B on Columbus Blvd. is a pretty nice place to go and play and eat. I went to this location in Franklin Mills because I know that they have a bowling alley inside in addition to the arcade and food. Do yourselves a favor...Do Not Go Here. The service from the staff was horrible. Everyone was rude, in a rush, and inattentive. They were definitely understaffed but it was nearly empty so that is no excuse. With such horrible service, I can see why this place was empty! Hire Better Employees!!! Pros: Decent food, OK prices, Plenty of Parking, and Bowling Cons: Horrible Customer Service more
