Culver's has the best ice cream around - creamy. We don't go any place else for ice cream. Pros: Super service, great food, good value Cons: sometimes too crowded

They need to focus on better service and making sure the orders are correct and when there is an issue making sure they have better customer service instead of behaving like it is...

Poor management 4/26/2003

We've been to Culver's before and have no problem except at the Coon Rapids Culvers. We've had problems getting our orders correct and very bad service even from management. My husband and I will NEVER return to the Coon Rapids Culvers because of our poor service and the attitude we received from staff and management when we brought up the error. We will however frequent other Culvers locations. We do not recommend this site to anyone. Cons: staff and management, Poor quality food, incorrect orders more
