I cannot thank you all enough for the care our dog, Red was given at Community Pet Clinic. We were dealing with a death in our family and had many guests at our home. Red, who is an Irish setter and total space cadet, got out the front door and ran right into the street. He was hit by a car in front of my entire family. I brought him to CPC and they took care of us immediately. After hours of waiting, turns out the dumb dog just had a broke leg. My family was ecstatic when the both of us got home that evening. more

This is the best pet clinic in the area. Very welcoming and friendly. The staff here are awesome. The vets really care about your concerns, and your pets needs. They are also very gentle with the animals. My dogs love the staff there. more

My boy, Scotty, and I really like Community Pet Clinic. I really appreciate that they accept walk ins. It is completely apparent how much Dr. Johnson cares about animals. Scotty is usually a very shy boy, but he did not mind Dr. Johnson examining him at all. The staff is nice but Dr. Johnson is awesome! more

The Vets and staff over at Community Pet clinic genuinely cares about your pets and you. Every time I take my pets to this clinic, I am amazed at the courteousness and how friendly the staff is. I feel that my pets are getting the best care possible. I will continue to take my pets here because I trust their staff and I know that they will provide great care for my pet. more

I've been a loyal customer for quite a few years now. I come to love the staff and the new owners. Dr Johnson has helped me with my dogs,Peaches and Dillenger. Peaches is VERY old and he has helped me finding all the ways possible to make her finals days comfortable. Even has called me to see how shes doing. These people truly care and love animals. I'm thankful to find these people I've had such bad experiences from the other clinics around the area with such high prices ugh! These people have many years of experience under their belt, which makes me know my animals are in the best of hands..May you guys always own this clinic for years to come and take care of my Fur babies! ;-) Bruce and Bonnie are such sweethearts! more

I have been bringing our family pets here for many years. As any establishment, where your interacting with people, we have never expected much as we are there for our pets, and not ourselves. The staff has usually been blunt, quick, and ready to move on. I have never been impressed by the service I have received here, but it has been a honest pet clinic, with good prices, and a short wait time. Which makes me very happy, and which has resulted in my return. We are writing to let the new owners know, the new reception staff has made it worth our visit! The office manager (i'm guessing) that was training the new receptionist, was so patient and kind. We will look forward to bringing our dogs in to her for future nail trims. Even though it was clear she was ""reception"" It was nice having someone take the time and help where it was obviously needed. I did not catch her name, and I wish I had so I can call ahead next month to make sure she is there, She is the younger gal with the curly hair. Great new staff Doctors more

My experience is over the top terrific since Bruce has come to town! What took him so long to get here?! If you live within a 50 mile radius you'll be very happy to find this clinic. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and very thorough in examining your ""four legged family"" just as they did mine. Love the positive energy. Pets can sense the positive energy even better than people! more

Dr. Johnson has shown great care and skill in treating Maggie and Frannie (standard poodle and cat) for many years. His gentle approach is not only appreciated by my animals, but by my family and I. He has a wonderful bedside manner for pet owners. more

I have known Dr. Bruce and Bonnie Johnson for many years. Dr. Johnson has treated Cricket with his many problems with diabetes. He has always been kind and gentle. I like that he has been totally honest. They are both great people and I am sorry an ex-employee is being so vindictive. I trust them completely with my very old and favorite dog. more

I have been reading all the recent reviews. There are some very upset former employees out there. No wonder. I know one of the staff members well. She and I worked in the same strip mall since she started at the clinic 8 years ago. The owner publicly mentioned that my friend abandoned her job for a month and thats why she was fired. Actually, her father died and she had to fly to Australia immediately to attend the funeral and look after her mother. To say that she was irresponsible, didn't inform them and has told a pack of lies isn't true. Not only did the owners fire her but they cancelled her health insurance within two days of her leaving and didn't tell her. Who does that ? Its so cold. The whole thing still hurts her and disgusts me. Thats why I'm writing this review. more

I read the same review. Written by one staff member and confirmed by others. I'm glad I read it before it was pulled by the owners. There's no way in hell I'd take my pets there and I'm surprised its still open and that its not been investigated. more

I just read an extremely bad review on this clinic but when I tried to show a couple of associates, found that it had been removed. The review appeared to be a truthful account of violations and neglect by the owners, written by a former staff member and supported by other staff members. It also stated that the positive reviews were written by the owner ! Interesting. more

I loved the way Dr. Johnson handled my dog. She really does not like to go to the Vet yet with his caring and calm manner, he was able to settle her down so he could perform the tests needed. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and this clinic. We will be returning. DR more

My Cocker Spaniel needed vaccinations before I could take her to the groomer. They got me in quickly and Dr. Christensen found she had an ear infection. So glad they got me in just at closing and were all so helpful and now my dog will be healthy and safe again. Thank you for all you do for our pets. JS more

I love the new staff at Community Pet Clinic. I brought in my Chihuahua who was having some problems and the staff is awesome, so willing to help and make sure my dog and myself were taken care of. I felt like I was a family member! Thank you.. All is well with my dog thank you Dr Johnson. I couldn't of picked a better clinic for my dog.. He loves you all so much. Your new staff is superb, so willing to go out of their way for you. In the past I felt like the staff was put out by all my silly questions...Nice job! Keep up the superb service.. more

My Mom and Dad told me to stay out of the road! Well one day I wanted to see what was out there, well I didn't see the car and I was hit. I am a big dog so I got lucky and only got a broken leg. Dr Johnson was very nice to me and my parents. I had to stay at the hospital for a few days and they were so nice to me. I am all recovered and I learned my lesson, even though you are all great at Community Pet Clinic the stress I put my parents in I will only be in for regular check ups.. Thank you more

My Hound dog loves to explore on our farm and I took him in for a check up and he had grass seeds in his ears. Dr Johnson tried to get them out while in the office but the hound had other ideas so he had to put him under and he found 28 grass seeds in his ears. Thank you for the care you took with my dog. He is out scouting once again. more

I have a dog who had a kidney infection and Community Pet clinic was very helpful and professional. I appreciate all your help My dog is back to his spunky old self again because of you. more

I took my dog into to Dr Johnson because of a large lump and it turned out to be a large cyst. He removed the large cyst and found 3 smaller cysts and removed those also. I am very happy with the outcome of the surgery. You all are wonderful. Thank you, keep up the good work. more

Dr. KLong is no longer at Community Pet Clinic. He left to avoid the unavoidable lawsuits to come when people find out that they re-use surgery packs and do not properly sterilize surgery equipment and that the owner Dr. Bruce Johnson just walks away from surgery patients while still under anesthesia untill the techs finally figure out that he's done with surgery! Jamie didn't get fired for lying according to Dr. Bruce Johnson himself told the unemployment department that Jamie was fired because Lisa couldn't get along with her. How convinient for the owner to remove any truth on here and replace it with lies!!! And there was always direction in the clinic but if the people who put the reviews on here actually showed up for work they would know!! Kay was fired for going to her dads funeral how is that job abandonement? and when christine visited hersick and dyeing relatives she was told that if her leave lasted much longer that she wouldn't have a job to come home to. How fair is any of it? None of it is!!! Dr. Bruce Jonson and his wife are lyers and cheats they don't treat their staff like family like the previous owner John did!!! John took care of his staff and clients alike!!!!! Why did you sell John? more
