Poor customer service 5/12/2012

I attempted for a week to purchase a motorcycle. I applied for financing online and expected a call- none came. I called into the store and spoke with a salesman, he said he would check on my financing and that I would get a return call within the hour, it never came. Many hours later I called again, they were still working on my financing and again I was told I would get a call back in an hour, never came. I called again the next day and asked to speak with a sales manager, I told the person who answer who I had been dealing with, They transferred me over to him, duh!. I know he was not the sales manager because he told me the day before he was not the manager. Not once did I receive a call from them. I finally went somewhere else and purchase what I wanted. I would never recommend Colorado Power Sports in Boulder to my worst enemy. Extremely unsatified with their so-call customer servcei----there is none! more

Great Job! 12/17/2011

I have been riding and racing for over 25 years and The Boulder, Colorado Powersports, has been on of the most helpful shops I've encountered. After needing help to get my bike running correctly, Aron and Clint helped me on the spot. They also Honor the parts deals that they offered unlike many other stores. I have never had any problems with rude employees and have enjoyed speaking with the helpful parts guys. Keep up the good work People! more

Not good customer service 7/27/2010

I have been an on-and-off customer at the Boulder Colorado Powersports for a long time (since they were on Folsom). They are pretty much the only gig in town, so I find myself going there out of neccessity. Their customer service skills are serverely lacking. I would suggest going anywhere else if you can. Cons: rude staff more

Response to Rude 1/13/2009

Just saw this review online and thought it was funny since I was the girl in the office that day. What newtoboulder didn't mention in his review was that he was asked to wait at the front desk by the receptionist for the sales manager to finish with a customer - me! Instead, he chose to barge into the sales manager's office - not just approach the door - and interrupt us while I was finalizing the purchase of my motorcycle. He was the one who was rude not the staff at Colorado Powersports. \r \r He truly is newtoboulder if he thought that his behavior would be tolerated. Hopefully, he's enjoying our beautiful town and has acquired a little patience and some good manners.\r \r The guys at the dealership are great - super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, they all ride which is rare these days. I'll be buying my next bike (the fourth one) from them. more

rude 8/28/2008

I went in as a new customer having just moved into town. I was directed to the manager for a vin check on my out of state bike. He had a friend in his office and as i aproached his open door he barked at me that he was busy and I could come in when he told me that I could . He kept me waiting for 5 minutes while conducting a conversaton with his friend. After she left he came out and asked what i wanted. I asked for a vin check he stated that it would be $20 and i stated that the dvm charged $15 he said then go for it.\r I wanted to establish a busines relationship, have my bike serviced and look into buying a sport tourer but as i told him as i left I will never step foot in here again. Cons: rude more
