Excellent Hair Cut by JuJu 1/3/2011

Was walking by Citrus a few months ago from work, heading to the Chop Shop on my lunch break. I noticed Citrus and stopped in to check it - much closer. JuJu, one of the owners cut my hair (coincededentaly, JuJu use to cut their, small world). Anyway, speaking for young, professional males with short hair, her cut was great. I already had steady place in the burbs where I live but since my first cut with JuJu have swicthed to her each month instead. Price is cheap, at $10. Plus I also get an amazing scalp massage for another $15 for 15 minutes. Definitely woth trying if you live or work near 2nd and Chestnut streets. more

Center City Prices, Hair Cuttery Style 6/11/2008

I have yet to find someone there who can give a truly decent haircut. There is always something wrong, and I do mean wrong: the layers don't blend right, the bottom isn't nicely cut, the hair just hangs. The stylists don't seem to have the talent or training to match the prices they charge, which keep going up. I'd rather not have to go downtown to get my hair done, but I may as well. Either that, or go to the the Hair Cuttery. I'm tired of getting bad haircuts from this place. Pros: Close by. Cons: Stylists don't have the talent or skill to match their prices. more

Both Antonio and Christopher are great for cut and color. Kara makes waxing almost painless and Ina gives the best manicure of anyone Pros: thumbs up. accomodating easy going, great style more

Very Happy!!! 5/24/2007

Chris Mone is awesome!! I started to go to Chris several months ago and was very nervous about letting someone new cut and color my hair. I had been going to someone else for sometime but was not happy with the way she colored my hair and felt she was not listening to what I wanted. Chris listened to everything I said and did what I asked for and it looked great. Everytime I get my haircut and colored I get a lot of compliments. I would highly recommend Chris and the salon. The owner and staff are very friendly, it is a nice atmosphere, relaxing and welcoming! Pros: Service and staff more

i decided to give citrus salon a try and i was very pleased at the results that i got. my highlites and cut came out beautiful. nicole was wonderful and she had such a sweet personality. i am definitely going back to her. i would recommend her to anyone. more
