Terrible service. I ordered from their website; when I hadn't heard from them an hour and a half later I called the store. The woman who answered said "Oh we just received your order!" and told me it would be 1 hour for delivery. She was SUPER rude when I told her to cancel my order. more

Out of need we ordered from this place on multiple occasions because this is the only place (at the time) that would deliver in my area. Finally I have had enough and refuse to order anymore no matter how desperate I am for Chinese delivery. First, The delivery service is terrible! On one occasion the delivery person was paid their tip in cash (which was a good tip) but he took the liberty of also adding in an extra tip to the credit card receipt. Make sure to mark off with a line if paying in cash. I check my receipts and called in to the management to tell them what had happened. The management did not seem upset at this guy. The food was decent at this time so when we ordered we requested that this particular guy did not deliver our food. This last time the delivery guy was so obnoxious it bore on the ridiculous. He rang the door bell several times and I answered but had to get my dogs out of the way so I asked him to hold on for a second. Two seconds later (really two seconds) he rang the door bell multiple times and said he had to go. I took the ticket and it was higher than the amount showed. I did not have time to look at it because there he was again at the door bell. I was not happy. We decided to pick up our next order and when we went in to the restaurant it was REALLY dirty and disgusting. I have never seen such a dirty place in my life. We could not order there. The food is o.k. if you are have no other choice for food but the service is horrible and the place is gross. Thankfully Oriental Express now delivers and while a bit more expensive it is well worth it. We've been there and it is clean and the delivery people are nice. Also the food is much better quality. more

I ordered delievery from here it states $10 minimum, my total was $18 and some change. They charged me $21 and some change! Oh and did I mention my food never got here, I called 1 1/2 hours later to cancel the order that I was suppose to eat. So upset, hope they refund my money ASAP more

I ordered from there and it was qreat. but they cheated me out of my money twice the for qet drinks or food. i call them an there rude NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE PEOPLE.!! more

I split the bill with a friend and we paid half cash and half credit card. We found out the next day that they kept the cash and charged the credit card the full price. Not sure how they got away with this because when I signed the receipt it only had half of the bill on the receipt. WTF! I will be disputing this immediately. Never coming here again!!! more

Left out part of my order and all of the utensils I asked for. I didn't get my drink and the driver said he'd come back with it and never did. Will not order from them again. more

I ordered today for delivery. I received an email confirmation confirming the price but when the food finally arrived (1 1/2 hours later) the receipt was in a different amount ( higher OF COURSE). I went ahead and signed unfortunately. The food was cold and disgusting!!!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this restaurant. I warn all consumers to protect their CC info as this restaurant plays fast and loose with your monies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GET RIPPED OFF STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/12/11 more

I expect that since I ordered through this service that this resturant would be responsible for proper delivery times and if not would contact me. I am a diabetic and shot my insulin anticipating a normal to 15 minute late delivery. The delivery was over 35 minutes late and the driver attitude was lousy. I like this website and I hope that the management of this website will come down hard on this resturant. more

This place is horrible, and I've got few reasons: 1. I asked for 2 sets of utensils and when the order arrived there's only one fork in it. 2. The order was 30 minutes late and when I called the restaurant the lady was unfriendly and said "we are busy, just wait!" 3. I ordered a twice cooked pork, when I got my order, the dish tasted horrible and on top of that, it wasn't even twice cooked pork, its just regular pork. 4. The meal came with a egg drop soup, and usually egg drop soup has ingredients like corn, carrot, and bean. But this egg drop soup I got only has egg and soup. I have never seen egg drop soup cooked this way before. I will not buy from this restaurant again. I regret that I did not read the reviews before I order. more

took over 1:30 hours to not get my food and very rude people answering phone yes that you Wa you suck learn some manners and respect for customer if you read this do not buy from this restaurant i highly do not recommend it. And please give me my money back more

I'm pretty sure this is the only Chinese place that will deliver to my house, because I live in a sort of awkward location East of the 35 and nobody wants to come over here I guess. So, for that, I love them. I was getting really sick of pizza. I have only ever had delivery so I don't know what the store itself is like, but for delivery the food is pretty cheap and you get a lot of it. And, they have a decent vegetarian selection. Pros: Delivery on the East side! Cons: It ain't gourmet but who cares? more

I like the take out it is usally hot and really good however I do not care for the buffet it isn't all that great but if you get takeout the food will be hot and good on a scale of 1 to 10 I give the food and service 6 and the buffet a 2 Pros: Inexpensive, Good service, Good parking more
