Shop at your own risk. Bought a pair of shoes on a Saturday - wore them for the first time on a Monday. Nearly killed myself - the shoes were so slippery - actually slipped three times. The shoes came right out from under me. Went back to the store at the end of the day and they said they never had a problem with these shoes before and could do nothing to help me. Brand new $80 shoes, which I cannot wear. Disappointed by the customer service. While I like to support local and small retailers, I no longer trust this place. more

I have to defend this store! I went in there yesterday and was impressed by the selection - I have been drooling over a few brands like Dansko and Marmot and Naot for years but wouldn't allow myself the price, and after seeing their thorough selection and bottom tier prices, I was really thrilled. In fact, I'm going to go back in today to buy a pair of racy leopard - print Danso Clogs (or oxblood Mary-Janes, I'll have to decide :) ) because I can't stand it anymore and need something sturdy, of good quality, that are comfortable, and won't leak or stain on me in the rain! Oh, and P.S. - I'm a 33 year old art student, and so I'm not into ""stodgy;"" just good quality shoes with ""different"" styles that I like and that I can afford! Pros: Lots of Solid Brands Like Clarks and Naot, cheap Cons: Not a superstore - but not a drawback in selection more
