The Byways Cafe is a great breakfast spot. The vintage Americana decor is really fun, with travel curios lining the walls. Slip into a vinyl booth and order up some really fabulous pancakes (mmm...blue corn). Don't forget to check the specials board on the wall. While you wait for the food, entertain yourself with the ViewMaster at your table.
In addition to the aforementioned pancakes (truly fabulous) there's great omlettes and nice strong coffee all served up on vintage diner-china.
