Good: The store has an overall larger coat selection than local department stores.. Bad: Lack of organization and cleanliness. Coat styles and sizes from petite to plus sizes are completely mixed together. Its messy and frustrating trying to find your size or a certain style. You literally have to hunt through every rack.. Improvements: The bathrooms and store should be cleaner. The coats should be organized by sizes, and the sizes on the hanger should reflect the actual size of the coat. I would like more mirrors and cleaner floors.. Other: The inventory is lacking for some coat styles and sizes. Since you have to hunt to find anything, it can be a frustrating shopping experience to spend a lot of time and end up with only one choice in your size. The coat prices compare to regular (non-sale) prices at other stores, so you may spent less elsewhere if you can find a sale. Don't go expecting bargain pricing on coats. There are random bargains on other things, however, so go when you have time to browse if you're looking for deals.. more

At Burlington Coat Factory, fashion pays. I went here and got a pink tie from their selection of about 100 ties for five dollars! I was skeptical that this was simply a "suit coat" palace or a place for adults, but when I found out about their wide selection of clothing, it became my first option for apparel. more
