personal service, trustworthy and good people running the show 10/19/2013

They are a small town type business in Richmond. I love these guys. I was referred by an acquaintance and am thrilled. I never feel like I am being ripped off or lied to. What a change from the "stealer-ship". This is a "real" business with normal people who are not going to blow a bunch of who-ha sunshine at you. They give it to your straight and keep your car running. more

We have been dealing with Burford's for many years now and have always found them to be very professional, very knowledgeable, prompt in the work on our cars, very friendly, and the cost of repairs is reasonable. Inspection quickness 9/20/2013

I visited this auto repair station to get my car inspected, expecting to leave it over night. However, I was only there for approximately 45 minutes for the inspection and tire rotation. Was very please with the quickness of the service which allowed me to drive it back home the same day. more
