I will start with the negative - I haven't been as highly impressed by the way the place is run - not as energetic and happy as I would prefer to see and the teachers do not seem to always be as cared about as they should be. They work very hard but get stuck with long hours and chaotic schedule-management due to, what seems to be, short staffing. \r

HOWEVER....\r

We LOOOVE this place. As first-time parents, it was SOOO hard to leave our baby in the care of 'strangers.' I work right by the school and have visited my little one nearly daily since the start, which made the transition 100% easier. Not to mention, earlier on, when my little one's schedule was not as predictable, I was popping in at random times of the day and never once was concerned with how things were running or unhappy with what I saw.\r

My little one has been in Infant (Nido) 2 since last fall and has been thriving SO WELL. The teachers, especially Ashley and Olga (the 2 that have been there since the start with us and are still there) are FANTASTIC! They are both very experienced and very caring. I just love to see the obvious care and love they have for each baby in there. They know them all inside and out - they know their eating and sleeping habits and preferences, their personalities, their development path, etc. The teachers in there do such a great job of balancing the work and really giving the babies attention.\r

The teachers in this room have helped my husband and I so much along the way too. As new parents, we don't know all the tips and tricks of parenthood, but they have so much experience that they always have great recommendations for working with our baby on skills, feeding tips, etc. They have helped us in so many ways.\r

I wish I could be with my little one all day every day, but if I can't be, I love having a place that feels so safe and so nurturing. Our little one smiles so big when we get to school in the morning and is always so happy to see the teachers.
Pros: Infant 2 teachers!
Cons: Management
