They have the worst customer service of any company that I worked with during my home remodel. They don't provide any customer service after installation, so make sure you don't pay the full bill till you get a final look at everything. And forget about any customer service after your bill is paid. more

Best Kitchen and Bath Showroom in Los Angeles! 11/22/2010

I have a lot of friends who are interior designers and this is one of my favorite spots to go with them on the weekends. What a great selection! Friendly Staff and deals when you mention YELP. Probably the Best Kitchen and Bath Showroom in Los Angeles. Keep up the good work Bradco! more

Beautiful kitchen and baths/wonderful contractor! 4/2/2010

It's been eight months since we gutted and remodeled a full kitchen, master bath, and powder room, plus assorted other changes to our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We even still love the contractor - and how many people can say that after a major remodel? Our successful experience started with a design consultation at Bradco to discuss ideas for a new kitchen. We had done a major remod on a previous home a few years ago and were still stinging with annoyance and disappointment at the workmanship and the impossibility of getting the job finished. Needless to say, we were gun-shy! The Bradco designer worked within our stated budget and never tried to ""sell up."" When choices were made to upgrade, the decision was always initiated by my husband or me. One thing that surprised and delighted us is that we spent significantly less money for this kitchen than we did with the other contractor, but the quality of materials and installation we got this time are far superior. We decided to have B&R, the contracting end of the Bradco ""family"" do our entire remodel, and there was never a moment's hesitation about the integrity or skill of each man who worked in our home. Although we weren't living there yet, the B&R men still attempted to keep the place as tidy as the circumstances would allow. Much to our surprise, Eli, Many, Julio, and all of the others involved in the construction management and on the job labor showed up when they said they would - again, quite remarkable in this field. We love using our kitchen and baths, and we still haven't gotten over admiring the results. Of course, like with any other venture such as this, there's been the occasional need to tweak or fix something. We've marveled at the speed of the response from both Bradco and B&R and the good cheer with which they approach any of our subsequent requests. And this is many months since the last invoice was paid in full. In re-reading what I've written I fear I must sound like a shill for the company. That couldn't be further from the truth. Rather, we just feel so grateful after our earlier remodel experience to have found an organization which does high quality work at reasonable prices, and with the follow through we all want when investing so much time, money, and effort into our homes. Pros: Responsive, skillful, talented staff Cons: None more

Awful, awful, awful -- do not use this place 7/23/2009

My two week kitchen project took two months -- because these guys, despite coming to my home to measure on two separate occasions, ordered the wrong size cabinets. Worse was the fact that every time, EVERY time, I spoke to them, the price increased -- oh, we forgot to add this to the estimate and we forgot to add that to the estimate. I asked if a few measly dollars was more important than their customer satisfaction and reputation -- apparently yes. Do not use these guys unless you have a TON of patience and a lot of extra cash to deal with their pathetic estimates. Pros: Staff was friendly, for the most part Cons: Unable to estimate correctly, unable to measure more

Green custom cabinetry 6/30/2009

Our kitchen was a mess and we had a baby on the way, my wife was on my case to get us a new kitchen before the baby was born. I kept dragging my feet and did not want to spend the money. In this economy I thought there is no way I can afford that kind of remodel. We finally went to the usual suspects, Home Depot Lowes and some other cabinet stores The prices for the cabinets were within my price range but we did not feel that we were in good hands in any of these places. We felt pressured at all times and we also felt that there where still so many unknown. These guys are just not that professional. Then we found out about the possible toxins that are in new cabinetry and with the baby on the way we needed to find someone that could provide us with non toxic cabinetry. Everyone we spoke to told us that ?GREEN CABINETRY? would certainly not be within our budget. After extensive research on the net we fell upon the Pure Bond website and they revered us to Bradco Kitchens and Bath on Pico Blvd. We made an appointment and the rest is a Love story. Ryan was our designer and together with the owner they tailored a kitchen for us that fit our needs and most importantly our budget. Just be careful because all the accessories that you think you want can get you fast above the budget. When we told Michael, the owner, that we where above what we could afford he sat down with us and Ryan and tailored us the kitchen that we could pay for. We got high end custom cabinetry with NO TOXIC materials. They even loan you a FORMALDEHYDE METER to check you cabinets. So you can be sure that what they say is true. Bradco does not install but they revered us to their in-house installer, B & R Construction. They did what they promised on budget and on time. We can highly recommend them. Thank you Mr. Michael, Ryan and Eli from B&R Construction. You were great. Pros: Non toxic cabinetry even i could afford Cons: Best kept secret in LA more

Design! Construction! & Passion 3/4/2008

You hear all those horror stories about redoing this, redoing that. I have to say that I was blown away with the staff at Bradco Kithcen and Bath. I was considering a redo in quite a large downstairs bathroom. I am a female doctor living alone and know the difference between arteries and veins, however knowing what wood to use for the cabinet, product for contertops, I have no idea! I am thrilled to have found this terriffic place to be able to let my gaurd down and not feel pressured for a sale, or degraded for asking questions and getting that "" oh you don't need to concern yourself with that"". The entire staff made me feel like I was part of their family and only what was good enough for them would be good enough for me! I cannot tell you how inpressed I was with their ""green "" knowledge and awareness of what kind of chemicals are used in making of cabinets. I have no idea formaldehyde was used in cabinet making. Well not for Bradco! Not only am I completely satisfied with the job Bradco did for me I have recommened them to a number of others and will continue to do so. Thanks Bradco! more

Bradco doesn't do the installation, they do excel at PROVIDING the product however 2/19/2008

I recently read a review about this company that was funny to me: It claimed the person had a negative experience when Bradco came to install their cabinets, however, knowing of this company for years and having had some excellent work provided by them, I hope they realize that Bradco DOES NOT do the actual installation portion of the service! They are simply the suppliers/showroom. The bottom line is that they have beautiful, hand-crafted cabinets that you can get for a terrific price. With any service you will have to deal with communications and scheduling issues, but hopefully you know WHO your working with first before judging your experience. Ask for Scott when purchasing from here, since he has good communications with the 3rd party installers and he will make sure you get good service, just as i and many others have. Pros: The quality and durability of the cabinets provided Cons: That people dismiss quality and affordability because they are emotional or hormonal. more

Difficult Kitchen Installation Experience 1/7/2008

We had great experiences with Bradco in the past but this time the process was not everything I expected or hoped it to be. First, Bradco delivered the wrong cabinets but insisted that the error was mine for not opening every single box and inspecting to make sure that the order was correct, even though it is utterly unreasonable to insist that a homeowner inspect tons of heavy boxes immediately upon delivery to determine if the boxes should be accepted or rejected, especially when the cabinets looked quite similar to the ones I ordered. Only after fighting did Bradco replace the cabinets at no additional charge. Second, their plumbers and installers (except for the tile installer) showed up hours late or not at all without calling to say they were running late or not coming. I would miss work waiting around for them all day. On one occasion the work was poor so I complained the work was not sufficient and the installer sighed at me as though I was annoying him for insisting that he install the cabinets properly. He wanted to go home because it was 6pm. I would have been happy to oblige had he showed up at 10am and not at 5pm to do the work. In addition, they knew I was pregnant and that time was of the essence. There was ample time to get the work done but the delays caused by the wrong delivery and showing up too late to work or not at all resulted in installation being done on the eve of and after my delivery. Indeed, the night that my water broke, their plumber -- who was to come early that morning to install my faucets -- came at 6pm. I begged him not to go but instead of doing the work, he left, promising to return the next morning. The next day, instead of being with me at the hospital, my mother -- in tears over not being at the hospital for what was an emergency C-section -- had to oversee their plumbing work so I had a functioning kitchen when I got home with the baby. But my kitchen is lovely and for a great price. Cons: Only after stress, unreliable installers, fighting and even some heartache, I have a very nice kitchen. more

Best Quality,Unique Products,Great Prices, 11/18/2006

We came to Bradco for our extensive kitchen remodel. Eve our designer took care of all our needs. All the cupboards where custom made and of outstanding quality. We purchased most of our appliances there and also our great farm kitchen sink and Italian faucet. One of the cabinets was dammaged at delivery but it was replaced in no time with no hassle. Our kitchen looks great and even Bob started to be a better cook.We loved Bradco, Eve was great and so was Pock the showroom dog. more

Very helpful designer and their showroom is beautiful! 10/17/2006

Hi All, I just wanted to share my experience I had at Bradco on the weekend. I found it very refreshing. So often when you go into a showroom the employees are so unhelpful. This was not the case at Bradco. Their staff was wonderful - very helpful and knowledgeable. I also sat down with one of their designers, who seemed to ask all the right questions about things I didn't even think of. Their designer then showed me around their beautiful showroom, where I was able to see many examples from their display kitchens. Keep up the good work! more

Bradco Does it again! 5/22/2002

Pros: hand made tiles Cons: nothing more
