Review content:
We had great experiences with Bradco in the past but this time the process was not everything I expected or hoped it to be. First, Bradco delivered the wrong cabinets but insisted that the error was mine for not opening every single box and inspecting to make sure that the order was correct, even though it is utterly unreasonable to insist that a homeowner inspect tons of heavy boxes immediately upon delivery to determine if the boxes should be accepted or rejected, especially when the cabinets looked quite similar to the ones I ordered. Only after fighting did Bradco replace the cabinets at no additional charge. Second, their plumbers and installers (except for the tile installer) showed up hours late or not at all without calling to say they were running late or not coming. I would miss work waiting around for them all day. On one occasion the work was poor so I complained the work was not sufficient and the installer sighed at me as though I was annoying him for insisting that he install the cabinets properly. He wanted to go home because it was 6pm. I would have been happy to oblige had he showed up at 10am and not at 5pm to do the work. In addition, they knew I was pregnant and that time was of the essence. There was ample time to get the work done but the delays caused by the wrong delivery and showing up too late to work or not at all resulted in installation being done on the eve of and after my delivery. Indeed, the night that my water broke, their plumber -- who was to come early that morning to install my faucets -- came at 6pm. I begged him not to go but instead of doing the work, he left, promising to return the next morning. The next day, instead of being with me at the hospital, my mother -- in tears over not being at the hospital for what was an emergency C-section -- had to oversee their plumbing work so I had a functioning kitchen when I got home with the baby. But my kitchen is lovely and for a great price. Cons: Only after stress, unreliable installers, fighting and even some heartache, I have a very nice kitchen.
