Awesome! 7/5/2006

Bliss Salon is really a full service salon. I get my exceptional hair cuts there and incredible hair color. She had to match my natural color hair when she really hadn't seen my natural color and she did fabulous!! The thing is though that's not the end of the package. Lanie knows how to make you feel pampered. AND you're getting pampered in this beautiful tranquil salon. Thank you, Lanie for all you do! more

I went to Lainie on a recommendation and she has been awesome! Her coloring ability is great - always matching exactly what I'm looking for. Oh Heavenly Bliss! 7/4/2006

Lainie has done my hair for several years and I couldn't be happier. In addition to being a great hair stylist she is one of the sweetest people I know. The service is always very professional yet she makes you feel like an old friend when you walk in the door. And her new salon is fabulous - her viabrant personality shines through in the decor. The atmosphere is calm, soothing and relaxing with a very hip flair. more

Best hairstyle ever 7/3/2006

Lainie has the unique ability to see how hair works on people. With that ability she can design a funtional and fun style. She is great with color and has expert recommendations. She even did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure that i was still loving it. She is professional and extremely creative. Her salon is awesome and she even designed that herself. She does everything she can to ensure you love your hair. more

Lainie ROCKS! 6/29/2006

Don't we all have hair horror stories? I found Lainie many years ago at Topaz Salon after a ""master"" colorist turned my blonde highlights yellow. Lainie was an IMMEDIATE calming influence and her color confidence soothed my nerves. She not only fixed the lemon disaster on my head, but gave me a great cut too. She and I have an agreement - when my hair starts to look dated, she will tell me in a very frank and open manner that a change is needed. I trust her completely. No more hair horror stories for me! Now that she has her own salon, she can be more flexible with her hours PLUS she always has something cold from the fridge waiting for me when I walk in. Her salon is trendy, yet warm and inviting. Lainie has fabulous taste in music and has an extensive selection to choose from - yep, clients get to choose what they want to hear. more

Life is Bliss 6/28/2006

Bliss is a beautifully appointed salon. Lanie provides excellent service in an unhurried, friendly manner. She is generous with her expertise and time. Lanie has been enhancing the color of my hair for a couple of years. I am a middle aged woman. I had never received compliments on the color, until she started doing my hair. Bliss means being pampered with wonderful beauty care, refreshments, and comfortable surroundings. And the service prices are quite reasonable. Give yourself a treat! more

Best Colorist in Austin! 4/27/2006

The first time I went to Lainie I was worried about letting a new person do my hair. After she was done with me, I never looked back. She not only colored my hair the RIGHT shade for my complexion, she cut my hair like an artist paints a canvas. She looked at who I was with the big picture in her mind. I can always trust her to do what's right for me when I sit in her chair. Her salon, Bliss, feels good. Airy, clean, and light. I feel happy and peaceful when I walk in. Lainie has been doing my hair color for many years, she understands exactly what I'm looking for and is always coming up with new ideas for my style. I may come in with a new idea and she is able to see beyond the initial idea and bring it to a new level of brilliance. She is creative, yet in tune with what styles work for me. I had always been afraid to color my hair. But now I wish I had met Lainie sooner in life! I've been going to Lainie for two years and I always have people raving about how I look. I have to look professional for my job and it seems that every week, someone is telling me how great my hair looks. But I also like to look sexy when I go out, and Lainie has definitely increased my confidence! Also, her salon is blissful. I feel so relaxed and pampered the minute I walk in. more
