I think they're fantastic. I scheduled Biggs Automotive for an oil change, and the car went right in. They said it would be ready in an hour, and I appreciate that they got it done on time. They have done some more major work for me too. They had given me a quote for the work, and when I went in, the price was higher than they said it would be. They said, hey, our mistake, and changed it so that they did the work for the quoted price. They're very nice people, and they're especially knowledgeable about Land Rovers, so I was impressed. more

I find Biggs Automotive very responsive to my needs. They listen to what I am saying. They listen to my issues and come back with good responses. They look into the potential issues in a timely manor and always come to a conclusion that makes sense to me. They always promptly resolve issues. I feel the prices are reasonable and never feel that they are making things up to charge me extra for. They just do what needs to be done. I am very busy and they are responsive my schedule and needs. more

Honest, fair and trustworthy 7/13/2012

Biggs is a family owned and operated business. I found them to be very trustworthy and their charges were more than fair and substantially lower than a dealership. I will recommend them to me friens and family. more
