Today was my first time bringing my car into Lakemont Automotive in Bellevue/Issaquah on Lakemont Blvd. John is the owner. What a nice guy! He worked at Greg's Japanese Auto for 18 years before starting his own business which is located below the chevron station on Lakemont Blvd.
I am a 23 year old woman, with a nice car, who doesn't appear to know a thing about cars... because I don't ! Most auto shops would likely see me as a young girl that they could easily take advantage of. Lakemont Automotive treated me with the utmost respect.
John was incredibly reasonable and very easy to work with. He actually told me the things that I did not need done on my car! He gave me options for my budget and spoke in layman terms so that I could understand what he was suggesting for my vehicle.
I am a customer for life. Customer service of this magnitude is hard to find, I appreciate his integrity and recommend him highly.
