I have been going to Dr. Beeson for over 20 years. As his practice has evolved over the years, the basic friendly and competent service has only gotten better. Dr. Beeson is a wealth of knowledge, and whenever I have had a health issue, he has had answers . The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they all seem to be "on the same page". I recently had an auto accident and have been back under more regular treatment, and Dr. Beeson's treatment program is bringing me back to battery. (I'm getting a little old for this whiplash stuff.) I would heartily recommend Dr. Beeson. more

I went to this clinic for several months, gave it a good try. Problems from the beginning regarding expectations for scheduling and confusion with billing. Treatment was not personalized in spite of initial intake assessment statements and promises. Aggressive sales techniques. Staff processing was perfunctory and claims of expertise in techniques were questionable. I won't return. more

The staff was nice. I liked going there until I realized that EVERY time I was asking him a chiropractic related question, he was already OUT THE DOOR. I can't imagine how many clients he sees in a day. There is ABSOLUTELY no personal service or time set aside for questions or concerns. I went to this chiropractor to get some work done on my back. There office staff said that my insurance would cover everything except for a small percentage and pushed me to sign up for 3 appointments per week. I'm not exaggerating when I say push. I felt that the staff at Beeson Chiropractic was hired from a used car lot. They have their sales technique down and are very good at convincing you that you need lots of treatment fast. There are many businesses that I expect to be sold too chiropractic service is not one of them. I agreed to the treatments and began to visit them three times a week. At the end of the third or fourth week I got my bill. It was upwards of $800 my insurance covered maybe 10% of their procedures. I don't blame this on my insurance company I didn't expect them to cover Chiropractic service. I blame Beeson Chiropractic staff that assured me that I had nothing to worry about and to make as many appointments as necessary. When I confronted them with this they apologized for the mistake but said I still needed to pay the entire bill. I have a feeling this is a common practice for them.
