I had my car towed at that parking lot on May 5, 2011 going to celebrate cinco de mayo @ Benny's, I got these really mean people that i had to deal with by the name mile hi towing...

Best Mexican around 2/21/2006

Talk about great food on a budget! Benny's is a Denver institution for a reason! You'll probably have to wait for a table as this place is generally hopping, but it's worth it. Their burritos are the best in town and their wait staff is efficient, fast and friendly. Don't fill up on the starter Nacho chips and salsa--as much as you'll want to, because the portions at Benny's are plentiful! Throw in a tasty Margarita and you'll be in heaven! more

Best cheap Mexican food in town 9/21/2005

For less than $10, you can get a great combination platter and a soda. Or, for just a bit more, you can have one of Benny's great margaritas - their strawberry and mango margaritas are both delicioso. As for food, the green chiles and chicken quesadillas are especially good. Paid parking is available in the back. more

Best Mexican food Downtown 9/3/2005

Love Benny's! They have the best breakfast burrito and just about everything that they have there is great. Margaritas are really good and they have great drink specials. Reasonably priced as well. more

The Best Mexican Food in Denver 8/17/2005

From the smothered chili rellenos to the giant chimichangas to the wide variety of knock-you-on-your-butt margueritas, this is the place to be for some of the best Mexican/Tex-Mex food in the midwest. In warm temps. you're able to sit outside and people-watch on 6th Ave. If indoors is more to your liking, there's plenty of room and the seats are comfy. All the food is prepared precisely as ordered and the portions are huge and prices reasonable. You will not walk away hungry! more
