I have been shopping at Avenue Five for 10 years. Tricia and Jacqui have helped my husband choose items for me, they've helped us design heirloom pieces and they are awesome gift consultants. I have out-of-town friends who, once they have shopped at Avenue 5 will call in orders because Tricia and Jacqui are so good at what they do. They are insightful and personable and a terrific team. \r \r If I have a gift to buy, I will always go to them first no matter what the price point. more

Jacqui & Tricia Will Take Care of You 3/9/2010

Located across from City Hall in the PacWest Center, this unpretentious store sells beautiful jewelry. From fun to fancy. What's best are Jacqui and Tricia who will listen to your needs and help make you a hero. How many of us men break into a sweat going into a jewelry store, and fail when we bring it home? They really listen and I've always brought home great gifts. They also have a wish list so your sweetheart can sign up for what s/he wants and you can shop from that. They had zero returns at Christmas! How amazing is that? I've shopped here and nowhere else for jewelry for 5 years...and that will continue! Pros: Best Jewelry Store in Portland more

I so love finding beautiful jewelry with a personal touch. The owners, Tricia & Jacqui have created an ambiance that let's you find the finest of designs and also bring one of of a kind pieces to fit your budget.\r \r I have always found what I am looking for in rings, to earrings, necklaces, and matching sets. Not to mention having a wish list for their special buyers. I have been shopping here for the past 6 years to find the perfect gift for friends, family and of course, myself!\r \r When a friend of mine was getting married she was able to come in and talk with Tricia and Jacqui ""as girlfriends"" and create a design setting to enjoy as a beautiful bride.\r \r Definitely worth the visit and chance to connect with fabulous business women who put their clients first!\r \r Pros: Ambience, Service and options more

\r Avenue Five is the best jewelry store in Portland. I started shopping there ten years ago and continue to do so even though I live in Denver, CO. Avenue Five has everything from fun, casual jewelry to one of a kind platinum, diamond pieces and more. Jacqui and Tricia go out of their way to make their customers happy. My husband and I trust them with all of our jewelry purchases. \r more

Truly One of A Kind 12/13/2008

Visiting Avenue 5 Jewelry Store is a unique experience. Jacqui and Tricia are two of the most delightful individuals I've ever met, and the high quality, diverse selection of jewelry is superb. Anyone could walk in off the street and find something they absolutely love. I happened to come across this store (tucked away in the PacWest Building) about five years ago, and have been a frequent customer ever since. I've had the opportunity to purchase several beautiful and unique pieces, and most recently had the experience of working with them to custom design a ring. Being extremely attentive and knowledgeable, they did an excellent job in listening to my ideas and creating the perfect ring. I am anxiously looking forward to working with them again in the near future to create another ""masterpiece""! Best Jewelry Store in Portland 12/2/2008

Before meeting Jacqui and Tricia ""The Girls"" I would bring my wife flowers but now I bring her and my three daughters something more special. They really work hard to make sure the purchase fits the person and the budget. I love to see the faces on my wife and daughters when I bring something home from AVE5 because they know that the PRO'S have helped old dad select something wonderful for them. They have given me the chance to say ""I love you"" in a more meaningful way. I went into the shop ten years ago for jewelry and came out with much more....two new friends Pros: Quality, Pricing and Great Customer Service Cons: Nothing comes to mind more

Hidden Jewel 12/2/2008

Hidden on the Mezzanine Level of the PacWest Building across from City Hall, I walked past this store for years before finally venturing in, and I've been hooked ever since. Owned by two delightful and very helpful women. I have found inexpensive pick-me-up pieces and wonderful anniversary and special occasion pieces. I am always being complimented on the lovely pieces I have bought from them. They have helped me with restringing and repairing of family heirlooms as well as with designing one of a kind pieces. I wish I had known about this store when we were shopping for wedding rings. more

Ave 5, the best! Jacqui and Tricia are not only consumate professionals, they are truly the most caring people you will ever meet. They have excellent taste and excellent prices. You will love shopping here - I recommend it to everyone I know and they would say the same. Ave 5 has restored many antique pieces for me. I wouldn't trust my family heirloom jewelry to anybody but these ladies. I have also purchased many items here for gifts for the special people in my life. This jewelry store is a great find! The women who own the shop have great personalities and are knowledgable and fun to work with. Lots of original designs and a wide range of prices. They have helped myself and quite a few of my friends create personal pieces, and we were all impressed with the outcome. Do search them out. You will not be disappointed!
