Very kind and patient 8/10/2010

Bill Sullivan was kind enough to talk to my wife when were looking to replace our broken toilets with "turbo toilets". It took some time to get the right toilet but Mr. Sullivan was very kind and patient while we hemmed and hawed over the right toilet. Thanks! more
