The restaurant itself isn't much, with bright orange walls and hard metal chairs, but the food more than makes up for the lack of ambiance. The Egyptian-Mediterranean food is prepared quickly, some of it when you place the order, some of it ahead of time. Take-out service, which is more popular than dining in, is prompt. Some of the prepared food is displayed behind glass, a bit like a cafeteria, but it always looks fresh. The rectangular pizzas come with toppings like gryo meat, feta cheese and eggplant, as well as the usual mozzarella and tomato. I'm completely addicted to the veggie sub sandwich, a collection of eggplant, olives, onions, tomatoes and other unidentifiable (but tasty) vegetables mixed with melted cheese and heaped onto a buttered Italian roll.
Pros: prompt and friendly service
Cons: not much ambiance
