This store is certainly taking advantage of its location to milk its merchadise for all its worth. The prices are decent on some things, but mostly very overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a bargain. It also caters to students and hipsters by carrying T-Shirts and brands that are in no way millitary related. more

Army & Navy Store may be worth checking out 8/21/2005

Neither the selection nor the prices are everything one might hope for in an Army Navy surplus store. The store’s small size and Thayer Street location probably account for that. Nonetheless, the store is crammed with a variety of items, and if you’re on the East Side and need relatively inexpensive hiking socks or outdoor clothes it’s worth checking out. more

if you're looking for camouflage, then the army/navy surplus store is definitely the place for you. it also offers pretty inexpensive clothing that is usually quite functional and durable. also has cheap t-shirts and the like. it offers the usual military style clothing that most army/navy stores have, along with some shoes and boots and accessories. more
