This was my first experience using an apartment locator and I am so happy I did! Kendra Werner was beyond wonderful! I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found a place that fit perfectly into my budget and style all in the same day! In my past experiences, apartment searching can take weeks, however this time I was in and out in ONE day! I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be calling her again the next time I move. Thank you Kendra for making my moving experience so enjoyable and stress free! more

This was my first experience using an apartment locator and I am so happy I did! Kendra Werner was beyond wonderful! This was the first time I used an apartment locator and Farah Yousefi was awesome! I told her what I was looking and she found exactly what I wanted the first day I met with her! She also discovered an excellent promotional rate for me, worth a total of over $100/month off the market rate for the apartment - I definitely would not have been able to do this myself, so again, thank you Farah! more

For my first time using an apartment locator, I have to say I was very impressed. I ended up at a place called, Apartment Experts. The actual locator I worked with was named Nick Ulrich. He was very knowledgeable about the area and attentive to the details and concerns I had on my mind. It was so quick and painless I wish a trip to the doctor was this easy. If you’re ever in need of an apartment locator I highly recommend Nick Ulrich at Apartment Experts. more

Looking online I found Farah's postings for some available apartments in Austin. I called and immediately got in touch with her. She was very efficient and was sooo helpful!! I was coming to Austin from out of state and she was the nicest person I had every met. I am very picky and she found me the BEST apartment! I would recommend Farah to anyone who needs an apartment in Austin. She is WONDERFUL. Thank you so much Farah for finding me such a great home!! I will be back at your desk whenever I need another apartment!!! more

Lori Roos was fast, informative, and thorough 2/14/2012

I needed a cheap apartment/condo in the UT campus area. Lori checked out several places with me, answered all of my questions, and was very understanding throughout the whole process. The whole thing would have taken a day or two, but I was very hesitant to sign a place right away until I knew all other options had been checked off. Lori knows what she's doing and how to do it. She listens to her customers and gets them what they want. She was patient with me until the end. I have already referred a couple of my friends to her. Lori goes beyond the call of duty to serve her customers. more
