Kevin listens first and diagnoses second. In the 10 years I've been going to him, He hasn't missed a diagnoses yet. The only downside is that the Polyclinic, in their effort to be more efficient is trying cram as many patients into the Drs day as is possible. That translates to being "rushed", but it's common to every major medical provider. Regardless, I'd still rate Dr. Hatfield and the Poly clinic as a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10. more

Dr. Kevin Hatfield will rush you out of the office if you're not careful. Plus, watch how the Polyclinic bills you because they will most likely mess it up and you will get stuck with a large medical bill. They feel they are too big to have to listen to their patients. I've been getting claims from Dr.s at the Polyclinic who I don't even know from procedures that happened over a year ago. Looks like they are having financial troubles maybe. more

I've been thinking about driving back to Seattle again because I cannot find a comparable doctor anywhere and I've been looking and frustrated for 4 years! I really wanted to have a doctor closer north where I live, but Dr. Hatfield is such a great doctor that it's worth the long drive. more

Dr. Hatfield is Awesome. Best doctor I've ever had. He is able to make you feel very comfortable, he doesn't have icy hands, he always holds a conversation and actually listens. M.D. Kevin is the first doctor to ever ask me questions about my life and inquire into my mental health (*which is fine, I'm not a crazy,) but it's nice to know he was checking! Just an overall very nice, friendly, intelligent man who Seattle is very lucky to have as a doctor. more

I found the best endocrinologis I've ever found at the polyclinic. I soon found out from a friend, and nurse, that you can never go wrong with doctors at the Polyclinic. If you're new to Seattle and you're looking for a doctor, go their website and look around. more

I adore Dr. Hatfield! He is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. My husband and I both feel very comfortable with his services. He truly is very direct and straightforward when explaining medical issues. Dr. Hatfield is a kind human being! I definitely recommend Dr.Hatfield as a primary care physician! more

i had been looking for a doctor, for it seems like ever, i even asked my old provider of four years, if he would recommend? and he said himself, and I'm thinking 'i want someone that listens to me' and doesn't treat me like a kid, that thinks they know everything. and Dr. hatfield was referred from a doctor, of another doctor, of another doctor. he is the first doctor that i think I'm having faith in, and who cares more about general well-being, and even asked about my long term goals. in my consultation with him. he is respectful, and very smart. he knows and is up to date on the topics i have brought to him, unlike other doctors which have told me I'm basically terminally hopeless'. more

I can't praise Dr. Hatfield highly enough..... I've reviewed him on JB before, but, in a nutshell - a young, invigorating guy with a good balance of natural and traditional.... Our whole family, aged from 70 to 7, love him. more

Dr. Kevin Hatfield is a primary care physician who works at the Polyclinic's Downtown location in the Medical Dental Building at 6th and Stewart. Dr. Hatfield is direct and straightforward about medical issues. He does not speak down to patients as many doctors do, but speaks in clear plain english peppered with medical terminology in a way that allows patients to learn about their issues or conditions without feeling like it is being dumbed down for them. Dr. Hatfield is prompt; I've never been kept waiting at his office, even for late in the day appointments when most doctors are way behind schedule. I have not had any serious medical problems while I have been in Dr. Hatfield's care, but should any arise, I would have complete faith and confidence in him. more
