Kevin listens first and diagnoses second. In the 10 years I've been going to him, He hasn't missed a diagnoses yet. The only downside is that the Polyclinic, in their effort to be more efficient is trying cram as many patients into the Drs day as is possible. That translates to being "rushed", but it's common to every major medical provider. Regardless, I'd still rate Dr. Hatfield and the Poly clinic as a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10.
