The John Carroll Room is laden with early prints of Georgetown University, while the pub features a pew salvaged from a 16th century Irish monastery. Waiters serve every entree--whether the roast pheasant, rack of lamb or spiced Carolina red snapper--to tables set with Limoges china and silver. Desserts perfect for an old English nursery rhyme--sticky pumpkin pudding, black mission fig gratin, and poire William mousse--seal each meal with a sweet kiss.
