Everyone at the shop was very helpful and informative. I liked getting daily updated pictures of my car, and that they called to inform me of any changes. Most of all they got the car done sooner than expected and it looks great! more

Repair time frame missed big time . Over all nice job other then that. 5/8/2013

I was told the repair would take a day or two it ended up taking over a week. I brought the car in 4 days before I dropped it off to get fixed. No parts were ordered. Service was great. The repair looks good. If you say a day or two that means a day or two not over a week. Parts should have been ordered ahead of time. Not after the car is taken apart when I was able to drive it. RESPONSE FROM Turnpike Motors: Thank you Robert for taking the time to leave a review. Many times in this industry it is impossible to give an accurate timeframe with the vehicle still assembled. In the case of your repair, there was structural damage under the bumper cover and also additional parts that were found to be broken upon disassembly. Preordering parts would have not reduced repair time for that very reason. I am sorry if our initial impression of the repair was incorrect. I am glad that we were able to finish the repair by the day that we said it would be done after all the damage was found. more

Replacement of pick up truck right rear fender 5/6/2013

First, having a Travelers claim office on site is a big bonus for a Travelers customer. Second, I liked the progress reports with pictures on the internet. That was followed up with a verbal report as well. And third, the paint match was very good for a difficult color like gray metallic. The only negative was a scratch on the tailgate when they had it stored during the repair. more

Turnpike Motors thorough and personable. They are good guys and easy to deal with. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined so I'm not intimidated in this setting but I saw them deal with people who knew less about cars and they were very easy to work with. They seem very customer friendly. When I had a problem, it was quickly fixed. There was an issue with lack of communication for a couple of weeks but I'm not sure if that was them or my insurance company. more

Excellent Service and Results 2/14/2013

The entire experience was trouble-free, even pleasant. Paperwork was a breeze. The employees were very communicative and kept informed as they worked on my car, even e-mailing me pictures of it. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be (even with a blizzard) and best of all, my car looks great. Like brand new. more
