The customer representative (Dan) kept me well informed on my repair and coordinated the use of a rental car during the service. This was done seamlessly between Turnpike Motors; the insurance company and the car rental company. Overall I give them an "A" for their service and quality of their workmanship. more

The staff here is great. They followed up with me on everything that they were doing. They also sent pictures of my car as they were working on it so I always knew what was going on. My car looked great and clean when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. more

The only problem was that i asked if you could replace a front headlight bulb and the answer was yes, but when I picked up the car the bulb was still out, so I went to New Country and waited 2 hours. RESPONSE FROM Turnpike Motors: Sorry about that Greg and sorry about the delay at the dealer. Next time let us know right away and we will take care of it. Again sorry for the wait at the dealer. more

My entire experience with Turnpike Motors was awesome. I brought my car in on a Monday and it was ready by Friday. Stephen Watkins was friendly in taking my information. I received a daily status and email. My car was ready almost a week before I thought it would be. more
