We made s service call Saturday and was told they would me there that day at $127 dollars, with a discount for new customers to bring it to $117 dollars. The SALES PERSON showed up an replaced a transformer that did not fix the problem and charged my wife $187 dollars for a part that cost $8 dollars. He did not nene put all the screws into the back panel or even secure the part he removed that he said he thought was bad. He said that the unit Was old and had to be replaced. I served in the navy for 24 years and currently work with the US Navy and I know he did not troubleshoot anything, he was trying to sell a new unit at Snyders price which I can guess. Is 500% of what it actually cost. I will have to tell everyone I know in the navy, my friends and the better business bureau not to deal with these people
