I have had the most awful experiance with this company on my air conditioner system from the start. Long story short I now have a system that I paid $5180.00 for and does not work. I bought it 8/22/12 had it service once and then it started making a funny noise so I call Snyder back and let them know it is making a funny noise. They sent someone out who said oh it is fine and just left. Well now the system does not work at all. Way to go Snyder. The worst part is that I have a 6 year old special needs child (my granddaughter) who lives with me and it is right now at 100 degress in my house. Take some advice from someone who has had a very bad exprience with this company so you are not sitting in a 100 degree house. RESPONSE FROM Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning: Dear Mrs. Carpenter, We are very sorry to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience with our company. We do understand that the Florida summers can produce extreme heat and being without air conditioning can quickly turn into an awful situation. Our records do show that you purchased the system in August 2012. Various maintenance or performance issues can be covered by extended warranties, unfortunately, there was not a warranty in this particular case. We returned most recently in September 2013 and the system appeared to be down due to a blown fuse. Fuses can blow for a number of reasons but we especially see this in Florida due to storm damage. We have refunded the cost of the service call for this however, and do sincerely hope you will allow us the opportunity to earn your future business. more
