Joanna was very nice and straight forward about the pricing, which I liked. However they had no record of me wanting a cut/style, only a color. It was hectic after this with Joanna trying to figure out who would cut/style my hair. She ended up doing it, but because of the craziness before I don't think she took into consideration the pictures I had brought in to show what I wanted. When I was done with my color, cut and style, my color was wrong and my hair was too short. It looked good, but it's not what I wanted. I ended up talking to the manager, but only expressed my disappointment in the color, since there was nothing anyone could do about the cut. Steven, the floor manager, was very nice and understanding. I ended up making an appointment with Joanna the next day...and I now love the color. And once my hair grows out an inch or two, I will love my cut. Only recommendation: Have a more attentive person booking the appointments. Joanna was so accommodating, but she couldn't be as attentive as I'm sure she usually is because my appointment wasn't booked correctly so her main focus was fixing the problem instead of listening to me. All in all, I love Joanna and would recommend her, and Robert Andrews, to anyone. She did everything she could do and even beyond - coming in early and skipping lunch the next day to fix my color for free. more

I have been a Robert Andrew client for many years. I have visited the salon at different times and have been very pleased with the expert cuts/styles, coloring and highlighting. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking professional services for their hair. I have had Bobbie, Jillian, and Suein cut my hair/color my hair. I have never had a bad experience. more

I have been to smaller spas but this was my first visit at Robert Andrew Salon. The young lady who greeted me at the desk and explained my services was very professional. They were well organized allowing you to have time to relax in the quiet room which was a nice touch. The women who performed my body wrap was pleasant and asked if I had questions which i appreciated because this was my first wrap. Wouldn't do the seaweed wrap again (very messy after the shower) but she did a good job. My complaint was the young woman who did my spa pedicure, she had me waiting in the water for about 8mins. never introduced herself and never said a word to me. This was my day and a little kindness would have been nice. Nice experience but I will keep with my small spas because "sometimes you want to go where people know your name" suggestions would be nice to have a few tea cookies to go along with the water. more

I love the barber he does a phenomenal job, however getting to him is all but impossible. I am told when I call because my appointment time is for an hour its hard to fit if there are hour slots honored when one is requested it should be honored. Also my name is Sterlin there is no g. more

Rude Service and the three women I encountered during my appointment were condescending and seemed annoyed to be servicing anyone. The employees definitely need customer service training. I will never set foot in this establishment again. Ever. more

I have been to Robert Andrews multiple times for different types of massage sessions. I went this last week for my first ever maternity massage and absolutely loved it! My therapist was awesome... a completely relaxing evening to recharge for the Christmas season and my two little ones at home. The whole package...lighting, music, oils, hot shower afterward, wonderfully refreshing washclothes for the face... all worth it! Cant wait to go again! more

I had a wonderful Swedish massage, the tranquil room was not so tranquil. Too much outside noise from the adjoining room. It sounded like someone was putting away something?? But a lovely experience...the staff was quite pleasant more

Katie, as usual, did an excellent job styling my hair. The only question I have is the amount of time between cut and color appt. Does the color really need to stay on my hair for that long? It would be helpful to have a quicker hair appt. Thank you. more

I went to a new hairstylist because my usual one was booked up for weeks and I needed a haircut ASAP. I was very nervous because I was taking off quite some length from my hair. The hairstylist listened to what I said and then took off with it. The cut is fabulous and I could not be more pleased. Now I am torn if I should continue with her or go back to my old girl. I get compliments all the time about my hair. more
