I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Worst

I was very dissapointed on how loud it was is the Tranquility Room. Way to many women who had no respect for those who were trying to relax. Women having long, loud conversations,...

If it weren't for Bolaji . . . 11/21/2011

Robert Andrew is fine, but what keeps me coming back, every week, is my nail care specialist, Bolaji. She does a FANTASTIC job every week and really makes sure that my nails look amazing when I leave. I definitely think that RA takes for granted that I'm a regular and that I've referred other people, which is why I'm only giving it 3.5 stars. If it weren't for Bolaji, I would have stopped giving them my business a long time ago. If she ever goes, so will I!!! more

Nice one stop spa! 11/21/2011

I have always had reliable service at Robert Andrew's. So my overall experience during the many years I have been going there. One thing that I have noted though recently is the cut back on products. I am now bringing my own hair products because some of the products being used are low end and not designed to be the best for my hair so when my hair is styled we run into issues and I don't' feel the finished product is worth the price I pay. That is the reason for the one star loss. more

Soothing Experience 11/21/2011

Not only was my massage wonderful, I enjoyed the shopping experience, lots of great product lines, was pleased to see that my skincare line is carried at the salon as I"ve been having to order through my doctors office so now I can come over and shop shop and shop at Robert Andrew. Wish you were closer to where I live, however worth coming around the Va beltway ! more

Spa Experience for my daughter and myself 11/21/2011

The Spa treatment was wonderful, staff was very kind. Tranquility room is in need of a face lift. Furniture is sadly in need of a spa treatment. It was uncomfortable and the room did not promote a feeling of comfort or tranquility for me due to the furniture. more

Just a note to let you know how much I enjoy Robert Andrew. Bolaji and Tyrick always provide wonderful services for me, very consistant and enjoyable - I won't go anywhere else, I promise. Camille is terrific and Tina is the best reflexologist I've ever had. I always bring my family when they are in town. Amy is my hairstylist and I just adore her. She really knows how to cut and color curly hair. Keep up the great work Robert Andrew! more

Best suggested haircut 11/21/2011

The only time I feel that its worth going to an expensive salon is when you ask the hair dresser to cut it to make you look good, giving them freedom to cut it they way they thinks works best for you and they do an awesome job! I have gotten so many compliments! more

Overbooked 11/21/2011

I love Robert Andrew, but I am finding it sad that every time I visit I am not taken for my appointment on time, and then while I am receiving services, my hairdresser is also attending to other people and other services. This included my recent appointment for only a haircut and blow dry style. This is very disappointing, especially considering the prices of the salon and reputation. There has to be better effort put into scheduling and time management by the salon. more

I have been going for years and enjoy it almost every time. There was just one occasion that I was not completely satisfied; however, I should have informed the therapist that I did not like talking during my massage. Other than that, it has been wonderful. It is so wonderful, I want to keep the secret to myself. more

Hair appointment 11/20/2011

Awesome as usual. I have been coming to Robert Andrew for 13 to 14 years. Always great. Brian is awesome. You had a power outage when I showed up however the salon never even skipped a beat. Even without power all went well. more
