I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Cha listened carefully, made suggestions, and explained what she was going to do. Her demeanor was friendly and thoughtful. She gave me a great neck and scalp massage, and it really took away a lot of stress, especially right before the holidays. Cha has a great sense of humor and made my time at Robert Andrews very pleasant. 5 stars for her foil work, haircut, and styling. Yes, I will come back. more

scheduling issue 12/22/2011

Apparently, a scheduler told Bebe I had scheduled the day before and I was squeezed in. As a result one process could not be done due to a lack of time. I had scheduled one month in advance with my last visit. more

A Little Piece of Heaven! 12/22/2011

I have been going to Robert Andrew Salon & Spa for over 10 years and love every minute of being among the wonderful staff that works at Robert Andrew. Each individual is smiling when you come through the door, willing to go above and beyond to make sure you visit a pleasant one. Janna, my Massage Therapist, makes my "Little Piece of Heaven" complete! Her hands are magic! :) She always knows where to work and just how much to work it! I don't know what I would do without her! I would recommend her to anyone! more

Excellent Color and Cut 12/21/2011

I've gotten my hair cut and colored a few times since we moved here six months ago and every experience has been great. The staff is very professional and my color looks really good. The only reason I gave it 4 1/2 stars is that it's more expensive than other places I've gone, but so far it seems worth it. more

As usual, Mandy does an excellent job. Was also very impressed with Ray (Rachel) who cut my hair for the first time. Her attention to detail and the extra time she spent on styling was superior. Received lots of compliments. Very happy with services. Meghan is also very good with customers during rinsing/shampooing. Makes sure her clients are comfortable. Thanks. more

Spa Service 12/20/2011

I've been getting waxing done with Sunny since April. She is wonderful!! Very professional and puts me at ease. I get an uper leg wax and brazilian and every time I schedule, I'm told 30 minutes is needed for each service, Sunny is usually done within 30-35 minutes (yet I never feel that she rushes through the procedure). more
