I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Hair Cut/Style 12/8/2011

Brian did a wonderful job on my cut and style. I would highly recommend him. My one complaint with the salon however is that prior to my visit I contacted the salon to find out the price of my hair service and was told it would be $85. On the day of my hair appointment I also had another service performed in the wellness section and when I went to pay for that service I was told my next appt (hair service) cost would be $110...not $85. This was prior to me even sitting in the chair. Robert Andrew should make clear the cost of its services so the client is not hit with the surprised cost upon arrival. I did not voice this issue to Brian...it was not his fault. He did a wonderful job on my hair. more

Waxing is never Great but at Robert Andrews it is 12/8/2011

I hate to get wax. Unfortunately I have to do it often. I love that I go to a quiet intimate room. In stead of some back broom closets like other places. The wax is gentle and my skin doesnt become beet red. When I go I'm also advised on what skin product can help me. I ask for this advice, I never feel that they are pressuring me to but products. more

Full body Massage 12/8/2011

I really enjoyed my massage with Maisa Perry. She concentrated on areas that were bothering me and where I was tense. She is an excellent masseuse and I would request her again. The whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. more

My experience at Robert Andrew has always been wonderful. I have been long time customer of over 15 years and have never been disappointed. I have had my hair done by Hope for many,many years and she is not only a great hairdresser, but has become a great friend. more

Lisa was great in stepping in when I couldn't get in with my regular stylist and taking care of me. She made great recommendations and listened to my concerns. She was a real professional and I highly recommend her! more

An OLD TIME Client 12/5/2011

I started going to Robert Andrews when it was located in the shopping center on 450 along with the Rite Aid. I went there when it moved to Crofton by the Giant and continued when it moved to Waugh Chapel. I had my hair colored and cut for years by Joan (now long retired) and enjoyed many facials. I just bought my granddaughter a $200 gift certificate for Christmas. I haven't been there in a few years but want to come back for your wonderful 1 1/2 hour facials. I deserve to treat myself to this luxury. See you soon! more

Enjoyed Deep Tissue Massge 12/5/2011

I must say, I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Susan Johnson, Technician, at Robert Andrew Spa. This was my first time at this spa and she made it a great experience. She is very professional and informed me that she makes it her mission to ensure that each client enjoys their massage. Susan is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, most of the staff appeared to be friendly and helpful to all. more

Shampoo Technician was very unprofessional. 12/5/2011

The shampoo technician told me the gloss would take 10 minutes. She did not check on me after 10 minutes and my scalp was burning. I asked a second tech for assistance. The second technician asked the first techinican to comb my hair out (I was leaving wet) and the first tech she said she would not do it because she was too busy. I have spent a lot of money at RA and I can't believe the rudeness!! more

I have been going to Robert Andrews Salon for hair cut and die for over three years now. I love the experience and the overally look of my hair. Robert Andrews is a sure way to get go looking hair for those who are willing to pay for the salon experience. Totally worth it :) more

Best Massage Ever! 12/5/2011

I've had massages before, but this was my first at Robert Andrew. This may have been the best massage I've ever had. The aromatherapy and hot stones were exhilarating. Chelsea was amazing! I will be recommendeding Robert Andrew to all my friends and hope to return soon. more

I went and saw Denise Brown last week- I was WAY overdue for a touchup. She transformed my dishwater brown hair into a golden halo. Top it off with the simple cut that I prefer and it was perfect. more

Excellent Manicure 12/4/2011

The manicure I received from Carly is one of the best ever. She did an excellent job applying the red polish! It is perfect. I have received so many compliments on my nails and I assure everyone it is not my nails but the expertise of Carly that has made them so attractive. Thank you Carly! more
