I have been to smaller spas but this was my first visit at Robert Andrew Salon. The young lady who greeted me at the desk and explained my services was very professional. They were well organized allowing you to have time to relax in the quiet room which was a nice touch. The women who performed my body wrap was pleasant and asked if I had questions which i appreciated because this was my first wrap. Wouldn't do the seaweed wrap again (very messy after the shower) but she did a good job. My complaint was the young woman who did my spa pedicure, she had me waiting in the water for about 8mins. never introduced herself and never said a word to me. This was my day and a little kindness would have been nice. Nice experience but I will keep with my small spas because "sometimes you want to go where people know your name" suggestions would be nice to have a few tea cookies to go along with the water.
