My services were well performed, and I am a regular user. I dislike the 24 cancellation policy, intensely. At other shops I could just walk in and get service. Here, even if you have been a "client" for years, the "call center" wants at least 24 hours to cancellation-- even wanted to apply this during hurricane and blizzard situations.
