I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Worst

I was very dissapointed on how loud it was is the Tranquility Room. Way to many women who had no respect for those who were trying to relax. Women having long, loud conversations,...

Always a pleasure 11/26/2011

I've been a customer for 6 years. My favorite special gift to my wife is the all day spa and beauty treatment. Wilma has been perfect for cutting hair, always takes the time to make sure every hair is in place. Highly recommend!! more

Recurring Appointment Issues 11/26/2011

As usual, Lisa was great! I have only the best things to say about Lisa. She always gives me the best service. And, the young lady at the register was very, very helpful, and she was willing to sort through an appointment mess with me. I really appreciated her time and efforts; I did tell her that. My only problem is with my recurring appointment. I make it a point to review my appointments each time I am in the salon. And my last two visits revealed missed services and appointments two to three weeks apart. I have a recurring appointment because I do not want to miss my services. Lisa's book fills very fast. I would have been very, very unhappy if I was unable to make scheduled appointments with her due to unavailability. more

Max always gives the best massage, very attentive to issues that need more help. Balogi is the best at manicure/pedicures, I've appreciated Balogi for years and she has the art and touch down! I've been to many of the top spas, but never have had the success with keeping the manicure in tack as I have with Balogi! Happy Holidays to a great staff, even those empoyees that I do not use on a regular basis, Diane, Ty, Laura, Jolie all make you feel so welcome and like family when you come in! There's a reason that RA is the best. more

I know that when I come to RA I will be treated like a star! No waiting for hours to see the specialist. Everyone is kind and pleasant, which is good when you've had a bad day. Keep up the good work. more

I called for a last minute appt. because of some back pain I was experiencing. I saw Nicole whom I've not seen before.She was fantastic. I walked in hunched over due to pain and walked out satnding tall and pain free. Will see her again. more

Worth going! 11/22/2011

On my recent experience at Robert Andrew, I had a pedicure, manicure, and maternity massage. The manicure and pedicure were amazing!! I highly recommend Mercedes whom I've been going to for years. She takes her time with your service and never disappoints! My massage, however, was not so great. My massage therapist talked almost the entire time during what should be a relaxing experience. I also felt the service was overpriced for what I received. I have had other massages there though that have been great, so I guess its all in who you get. more

GREAT timing! 11/21/2011

I arrived for my appointment to find the place without electricity. The staff was so wonderful and was not complaining. Minutes later the electricity came back on - what perfect timing for me - and the place was business as usual despite the computers were still not up and running. Some unhappy clients complained yet all the staff was very patient and all were very professional. I loved it! more

Great massage, Rush Rush hurry hurry facial 11/21/2011

When I arrived the spa on Saturday I was greeted very pleasently. My first treatment was a massage by Gloria, shear pleasure, totally relaxing. Next was my facial which I was really looking forward to. I met Nikki (sp?) and from there is was not very pleasurable. It was so rushed and hurried that it totally undid my relaxing massage. I loved the products but Nikki's technique is so fast that it made me anxious. I will be back to the spa again but I will not have Nikki do my facial more

Good haircut but cold shampoo 11/21/2011

On a Saturday they didnt have hot water to wash clients hair. They told me as they were washing my hair with ICE cold water. No compensation was made or advance warning. more
