Joanna was very nice and straight forward about the pricing, which I liked. However they had no record of me wanting a cut/style, only a color. It was hectic after this with Joanna trying to figure out who would cut/style my hair. She ended up doing it, but because of the craziness before I don't think she took into consideration the pictures I had brought in to show what I wanted. When I was done with my color, cut and style, my color was wrong and my hair was too short. It looked good, but it's not what I wanted. I ended up talking to the manager, but only expressed my disappointment in the color, since there was nothing anyone could do about the cut. Steven, the floor manager, was very nice and understanding. I ended up making an appointment with Joanna the next day...and I now love the color. And once my hair grows out an inch or two, I will love my cut. Only recommendation: Have a more attentive person booking the appointments. Joanna was so accommodating, but she couldn't be as attentive as I'm sure she usually is because my appointment wasn't booked correctly so her main focus was fixing the problem instead of listening to me. All in all, I love Joanna and would recommend her, and Robert Andrews, to anyone. She did everything she could do and even beyond - coming in early and skipping lunch the next day to fix my color for free.
