Outstanding - Highly Recommend! 4/23/2018

We've been having problems with our Samsung Refrigerator (ice maker, noises, etc.) and Darrin S. has been extremely helpful! As a Technician, he is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend him. Would also like note how Neb. Home Appliance operates; the online scheduling is easy, a courtesy call w/approx time of arrival, email confirmation, etc.; I think it's great that this "efficient and well-manged" company is up-to-date and invests in Communication and Quality Assurance; they really value their customers. Not very many companies are like this.. more

Great Service! 4/7/2018

Jake Doerneman was on time and was able to fix the heater in my refrigerator. He found the part that day, cleaned the drain and it was as good as new. Very professional job thanks a lot! more

Warranty Service Call 3/29/2018

We had Darrin come out and respond to a service call on our fridge. He was very timely and out-going. I appreciate his being on time and helpful explanation of the problem. He ordered the part, which is already in just 2 days later. I will definitely be using NE Home Appliance in the future and will absolutely recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family! more

Fridge Repair 3/20/2018

Vince and Mike came out to check a noise from our fridge. They researched the parts and found they were covered by the manufacturer so all I had to pay was for the installation. The guys were friendly, courteous, and willing to help. more

Great Timely Service! 3/12/2018

The technician arrived on time and provided great service. I had an unusual problem with my washer and he was able to fix the problem quickly. Being new to Omaha, it was a pleasure to have such a friendly, knowledgeable technician solve my problem. Darrin came out to fix our microwave. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He problem solved until he was able to fix it. Awesome service 3/6/2018

Setting up the the appointment was easy online and they showed up the next day. They did a superb job and showed me the problem with my fridge. It took about 30 minutes to fix and they saved me a great deal of money from having to buy a new fridge. I would recommend Nebraska Home Appliance to all my friends and family. more
