Easy scheduling process and very accommodating when I needed to change appt time. Tech was great, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and made repair quickly even installed factory updates to prevent the problem from recurring. more

We had your tech out to repair our washing machine. The same tech has been here before and is so efficient and very business like. He gets the job done all while he explains what the problem was. Very nice guy, a real asset to your company. We always recommend your repair service and I know for a fact 2 people has used your company and was very pleased as we were. more

Thorough, pleasant, prompt 3/20/2017

They were easy to set up appointment with. Prompt on when they would be here. He was very thorough. Replaced parts , cleaned up after. I would recommend them any time. I just could not find a way to post a review on Angie's list or google + to get my free lunch. more

Excellent service as well as an outstanding overall customer experience!!!!! 2/23/2017

I previously had two other so-called reputable companies provide estimates for a washer repair. The repairs and cost quoted were questionable and the experience just didn't feel good. A friend told me about NHA and how professional and experienced the techs were and the overall quality of service was excellent. From the initial call throughout the entire process, the customer experience was like no other! The tech managed my expectations on everything from when he would arrive to the details of the repair ...which by the way only required the washer to be leveled out (which was not what I was told by the other companies). I can say enough about how impressed I was with the level and quality of service received. I am sold on NHA and have told others about the great experience. Word of mouth is the best advertisement a business can have and I am certainly spreadung the word. The customer experience is more than just providing a service. Thanks for keeping the customer first! more

washer repair 2/22/2017

Vince and Josh are the perfect super hero team! They were fantastic with a great attitude! I called Nebraska home applaiance for one problem but before they showed up I had another appliance making noise! While they were working on the washer they also checked my freezer and fixed that too! It was pleasant having them in my house. They have a great sense of humor and I did find out Josh can fit in my freezer! we had a good laugh about that! Thanks again! more

Fast, courteous service 1/13/2017

My oven was not working, and the very helpful person who answered the phone set up an appointment. The technicians came at the agreed upon time, covered their shoes, and made a complete diagnosis of the problem. Although I chose not to fix the problem, due to the age of the oven, the technicians were very kind and helpful, giving advice on how to continue using the machine until I decide to replace it. I will use Nebraska Appliance again! more

I've used Nebraska Home Appliance twice- for my refrigerator and my washing machine. Both times Dennis was very professional and explained the problem with possible solutions. There were no surprise costs, he showed in the scheduled time and I'm pleased with both repairs. more

I have used other companies and this company is top notch. Shannon knew right away what was wrong with my dryer and explained why he knew it was bad and showed me. He knew his job, and did it very well. I would recommend this company to anyone that has problems with their appliances. They will always be my go-to company. more

Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Efficient 12/3/2016

Both our washer and dryer needed to be serviced, we had gone about a week without doing any laundry and needed to get them repaired. I called Nebraska Home Appliance on Thursday afternoon and spoke with Linda who was very kind. She scheduled an appointment based on the soonest time I would be home that was available. Vince and his assistant came out Saturday morning and were very friendly. They explained the problems with both the washer and dryer and what they would need to do to fix them, along with the cost of the repairs. We haven't used the machines since they've left several minutes ago, but the service was fantastic. In fact, we asked if they work on other kitchen appliances as well for future repairs. I would definitely recommend Nebraska Home Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repaired - you won't be disappointed. more

The technicians were very knowlegable and had all the parts with them to fix my ice maker on my refrigerator. They had the job done in 45 minutes and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them for any service. more
