Superior Service 11/30/2016

We had a software issue with our refrigerator and Vince Dussetschleger came out to finish up the work after our part came in. Not only was he quick and knowledgeable with getting our refrigerator running again, but was very professional and friendly. I recommend this company's service to anyone in need of repair! Highly Recommend! 11/30/2016

Absolutely amazing experience. I made an appointment online Tuesday and was able to get one for the following day. I was sent an email telling me what time to expect my technician along with a picture of him so I knew who to expect. The day of they called me and told me they were on their way. Two of the nicest guys came and fixed my dryer. It didn't take them long at all. My dyer was so bad I thought for sure I was going to have to buy a new one but they fixed it and saved me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them! more

Excellent in all areas 11/22/2016

Vince just finished making repairs to our icemaker and leaking into the crisper tray that we had been tolerating for awhile. He went out of his way to find us a new icemaker and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend the service. Thanks Vince! Larry D. Omaha more

I Had A Positive Experience 10/12/2016

This was my first time ever using Nebraska Home Appliance. They've come out to replace the dishwasher latch and the results are good. The company offers fair prices. The technicians were professional, on time and extremely courteous. more

Our dryer was making a high-pitched sound. Brian came out and figured out the problem right away. He had the part needed to make the repair, and our dryer was back to running normal in no time! :) more

Very Pleased 6/24/2016

I was having a problem with my refrigerator. I got online looking for service on Saturday. Many were closed until Monday and one that was open said they couldn't come out until Tuesday! I called NHA and Vince came out that day, diagnosed the problem and then came back and fixed my refrigerator. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call again! more

Refrigerator not cold and freezer not working 6/21/2016

Fair pricing, great diagnostics Nebraska Home Appliance recognized the problem right away and explained it to me. He cleaned up after himself and put the freezer items back into the freezer. He recommended best items to purchase as the refrigerator could not be repaired. Also, the pricing was fair and equitable. This was my first time using them and I would use them again more
