We've been having problems with our Samsung Refrigerator (ice maker, noises, etc.) and Darrin S. has been extremely helpful! As a Technician, he is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend him. Would also like note how Neb. Home Appliance operates; the online scheduling is easy, a courtesy call w/approx time of arrival, email confirmation, etc.; I think it's great that this "efficient and well-manged" company is up-to-date and invests in Communication and Quality Assurance; they really value their customers. Not very many companies are like this..
