Outstanding service! 6/14/2016

Our recent repair by Dennis was exceptional! Shortly after calling for service, Dennis called & was at our house in a few hours, this wasn't an emergency either. He had the part we needed on his truck & the repair was completed very quickly! He was very courteous and kind, the repair was reasonably priced, I will definitely use NHA again & have recommended to friends! Thanks so much, Dennis more

TRUST FAIR REASONALBE 6/7/2016

I HIGHLY recommend NHA's services. I had a water leak in my frig and VINCE, the repairman was fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and got the job done for the least amount of dollars. I really appreciate that very much. VINCE is your GUY. Make sure you request him. You will be very PLEASED. NHA was recommended to me by one of my contractors as a place you can trust to be fair and treat you right. It's TRUE. For me it's all about TRUST. I rehab houses. more

Ice Maker Replacement 5/23/2016

Very consciousness, testing the entire function of the non-working ice maker to determine why it was not working, then replacing the non-working unit with a new unit and testing it before leaving. Very good service. Very friendly and I will recommend Nebraska Home Appliance ! more

Very satisfactory! 5/19/2016

I have been a customer of Nebraska Home Appliance for quite a few years and I have always been satisfied. Recently, my trash compactor wasn't locking, it was always getting caught on everything and getting out of place, and I couldn't get it closed. The repairman was creative and he was finally able to tie it down. Now it just goes in and out real fine. He was very pleasant. I like Nebraska Home Appliance because they show up when they are supposed to and so far they have been able to find and solve the problems win my dishwasher and refrigerator. They are usually able to get the parts and fix them. more

Pretty satisfied, but could have been better. 5/10/2016

I felt the customer service was a little iffy, like they didn't know exactly what they were doing. I got a refrigerator from Nebraska Home Appliance and it seemed like a good deal for the most part, it has started to break down a little, but it just needed new filters and stuff. Other than that they were fine though, I don't know if I would go back but it wasn't a bad experience. more

Great service, very prompt. 4/28/2016

Whenever we need something fixed we always call Nebraska Home Appliance, it is the only place we call. They're always very prompt and most of the time provide same day service and fix what ever we need done. I would definitely recommend them to other people, and we will likely be calling them again in the future. more

Nebraska Home Appliance is the company that fixed my refrigerator last time and the service was very very good, the fridge is still working. I've been using them for a while, this is the company that we use for everything, they come in and they do repairs for whatever appliance we are having issues with and they take care of everything. They have great customer service and we never had any problems with them at all. Very polite. more

Solved freezer problem. 3/23/2016

Nebraska Home Appliance came in to help with a problem we were having with out freezer/refrigerator, wasn't working quite right and so he came and looked at it. Turned out it just needed a new part. He got the part and fixed the unit and everything has been working fine since. He showed up when he was supposed to and was very polite and courteous. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM FIRST CALL TO PAYMENT 2/23/2016

I did some research before calling Nebraska Home Appliance and was very impressed with the quality service they provided. I was treated as a valued customer from my first call to the job completion. The technician (Shane) was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. I would highly recommend NHA and will not have to do any research I need service on one of our home appliances. more

Professional and Friendly! 2/10/2016

Nebraska Home Appliance arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. Our appointment was at 11am and the dishwasher was fixed by 11:20am. The service technician was dressed in a professional manner and took the time to explain the issue and how it was fixed. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! more

They are excellent 2/7/2016

I needed help with a dryer that would not blow heat. I almost bought a part I didn't need. I was told to test the wires on the thermostat at the top of my element. That was exactly it. I went in bought the correct parts and my dryer works perfectly. I am so appreciative of there expertise and customer service. I will not go anywhere else. Definitely recommend them without a doubt. All I can say is thank you for all of your help. more

The last time that Nebraska Home Appliance was supposed to come here for service we had to cancel so we haven't seen them in a while. But we did call them back when we thought we needed service, so that must mean that we were pleased with their service before. We had them several years ago and everything was fine. We have no complains. more

Refrigerator Repair 1/13/2016

They sent a technician the same afternoon we called for help with our refrigerator. Technician was very professional and made the repair using available materials and saved us the cost of a new part. We recommend them for their prompt and excellent service. more
