Recently my dryer stopped working. I found Nebraska Home Appliance online and called them. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. When I went into the store I was helped by Todd who I have now come to understand is the President of the company. Not only did he order me the correct part which Sears sent me in error. But he also then advised us that before we replace the motor which was a $168 part Sears recommended that we should replace two other small parts instead because that is usually the problem for $60. He was absolutely correct and it saved me time and money. He absolutely did not need to do that. It shows the honesty, integrity and ethics of the business he is running. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I initially went through Sears Parts which was a fiasco from the word go. I was told things were in stock that weren't, mailed incorrect parts and over billed what was quoted and had to deal with waiting for refunds for their errors. SAVE YOURSELF money, time and frustration dealing with nationwide call centers! CALL NHA. They are great! I just can't say enough!
