Professional from start to finish 2/21/2018

Derek was awesome; professional, fully explained the problem and referenced how he would repair. He completed the ice housing replacement during the first service call (had parts in his truck and completed a brand-new Service Bulletin on-site with backup assistance from NHA team members) and returned a week later with ordered parts to complete the repair. The office team was also very professional and efficient. Nebraska Home Appliance made my contact list. They will be my go-to for home appliance repair. more

Warranty work on Samsung refrigerator. Ice marker had previous warranty work done and was not done correctly by a different appliance company. Derek fixed it correctly and now it is worked the best it has in a long time. He explained everything he did. more

Oven Repair 12/28/2017

This was our first time using Nebraska Home Appliance and we are very happy with the service we received. Our technician Derek was prompt and thorough and so polite and personable. He took all of the extra time it took to correctly diagnose the problem and get the right replacement parts to correct it. We would highly recommend Derek and Nebraska Home Appliance. more

Brian Muellner is the best. 12/19/2017

Brian was able to diagnose the problem with my wash machine. He then went on to clear all the drain hoses that were clogged and they were clogged BAD. Good Job Brian! more

I want to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Nebraska Home Appliance ! Greg, the parts department manager, is so knowledgeable and gives exceptional, friendly service and advice. He's provided suggestions multiple times that have saved us a ton of money; most recently in advising us to check the connections for our dishwasher rather than buying a new one or ordering parts and it worked!! Thank you Greg and NHA. I highly recommend them if you need ANY appliance repair in the Omaha area! more

Outstanding 10/4/2017

I've never had such outstanding service! Darrin came out and repaired our icemaker. He was extremely professional and explained the issue completely. He was quick and a pleasure to chat with. He left everything in order and cleaned up and removed all old parts. This was my first time using NE Home Appliance, but it absolutely will not be my last! Thanks for such excellent customer service!!!!! more

Great service from the phone call to having my washer fixed. As I had to schedule a week and a half out, they followed up and my technician, Derek was here on time, friendly, and professional. Diagnosed problem, ran and got the part and fixed. All with a smile. more
