I have been seen at the Family Doc since October of 2014. I have had nothing but the BEST care ever! I have seen many doctors in my life and Dr. Collins is the ONLY doctor to actually genuinely care about my well being. Kathy (office manager) and Mary always go above and beyond to squeeze me in or help me with my questions. Kathy has stayed late after the office closed to call me back and answer my questions and schedule me an appointment. I can't say enough how fabulous this entire office is!! more

Appreciate local company which gives great service 8/26/2017

Derek was prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient today when he came to fix my washing machine. I was glad to work with a reliable local company with fair service call fee ($40 less than a national company I called!) that is included in the total charges for the repair. more

Dryer Fixed 7/16/2017

GE dryer wasn't heating properly, Tech Darrin arrived promptly when scheduled, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. Darrin was knowledgeble, pleasant, and thourough. This is my third use of NHA for a repair, and I would recommend them. more

Refrigerator Up & Running after Storm 6/25/2017

This is the second time we have used Nebraska Home Appliance for appliance repair. We were very impressed with first service some years ago on our stove so called back this time for refrigerator repair after recent storm and power outage/surge caused the refrigerator to not cool. Robert was great with the first service and Jordan was great with this recent one. Very courteous, prompt, quick accurate diagnosis and quality repair. Thanks NHA! more

Fixed my washing machine with friendly service! 5/16/2017

The rubber ring inside my front load washing machine got twisted and I didn't know how to repair it. Vince D. and his assistant reinstalled the ring. I also asked them to replace my hot and cold water hoses, which they did with no problem. Thanks guys! more

Very unhappy 5/12/2017

Tech came and allegedly fixed the ice maker. Actually replaced it . Reported that it worked fine. 24 hours later, no ice. Not happy. Can't recommend the service, the manufacturer (LG), or. Neb. Furn Mart. more

Great Service 5/4/2017

We were at a loss...had a Samsung Refrigerator and called many places that don't service that brand. Nebraska Home Appliance sent out Shannon and he said Samsung are NOT a bad refrigerator and was so positive. He worked so hard and did all the updates..he even asked if I wanted to clean behind the refrigerator while he had it pulled out. He said it is now in great working order with all updates and he showed me what it should be set on...put a magnet on the side if we have any questions. Was reasonably priced and he said should be like new. We would recommend them to anyone! more
